Varipindi-Washed-Dried-Semi Polished Samba Rice Flour-Organic, made with 1 Year Old Samba Rice by washing and drying in bright sunlight. The variety of rice name BPT5204 is used to make this flour.
The best flour with nutrients from the top layer of the brown rice. Can be used in all type of Dosa mix and other traditional snacks.
The rice used for this flour is semi polished which intact with nutritious upper layer. Husked Rice as Brown Rice and again another polish as extra to get semi polished organic rice.
This is Samba rice traditionally grown without any chemical fertilizers.
One more polish to the Brown rice which is whole-grain rice with the inedible outer hull removed.
This is as compared with white rice, which is the same grain, also with the hull removed, but also with the bran layer and cereal germ removed.
Red rice, gold rice, and black rice are all whole kinds of rice, but with differently pigmented outer layers.
