What is BPT 5204 (Sona Masuri / Samba Masuri)?
BPT 5204 is a fine-grain, lightweight rice variety — more refined than standard Sona Masuri. Locally known as Sanna Biyyam or Jeera Rice, it is prized in South Indian households for its delicate texture, easy digestibility, and superior taste when aged.

Semi-Polished — The Sweet Spot
Our rice is processed as Brown Rice first (hull removed, bran intact), then given one light polish — retaining more bran, fibre, and micronutrients than fully white rice, while being easier to cook and digest than raw brown rice. It's the ideal balance between nutrition and palatability.
