Home made Thelaga Pindi Vadiyalu-Dried Sesame Residue Spicy Balls. You can use directly on curd rice as it is or Also can be fried in oil to use. This can deep roasted in oil pan so called Veinchina Vadiyalu - Sesame Seeds Residue Spicy Cutlets.
Organic sesame seeds oil extract residue will be fermented for 2 days and then mixed with Red chilli, Green chilli, Garlic padte, Lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, raw crystal salt and fermented for 3 days again.
Finally mixed with Gamnuts Ajwain (Vaamu) to prepare the cakes as shown in the images and dried for 2 full days in natural sun shine.
