Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order by replying to the Order Confirmation email.
- If the order has not been dispatched, it will be canceled and fully refunded.
- If already dispatched, please reject the parcel upon delivery. The refund will be processed after the parcel is received back by us, excluding shipping charges.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the perishable nature of our food products, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
- Non-food and non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the return conditions below.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order receipt is required.
- Do not send items back to the manufacturer directly.
4. Non-Returnable & Exempted Categories
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (including food items and fresh produce)
- Health, hygiene, or personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards and downloadable products
- Sale or discounted items
5. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times vary.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

8. Shipping for Returns
- Customers must bear the return shipping cost.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For items valued above ₹1,000, please use a trackable courier service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
9. Gift Returns
- If marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after the return is processed.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
