How Can I Pay?

On the Vintage Farmers Online Shop, you can make the payment through several modes by using our PayTm gateway including Internet Banking, Credit Card/ Debit Card and UPI.

What exactly is Cash on Delivery?

Vintage Farmers is currently not offering all its customers option of paying for the products on their doorstep. With no COD option, you will be required to pay the total billing amount while placing the order itself. System calculates the shipping charge based on weight up to 4 kgs.

How safe is using Debit/ Credit Card for payment?

All the monetary transactions from internet banking and Debit/ Credit Card on our website are absolutely secure with the advanced security technology of the internet. Your transaction is processed on our website www.GoneFarmers.com through secure gateways that are handled by reputed banks.

In how much time I will get my order?

Vintage Farmers delivers its most of the orders within seven working days of the order placement (subject to weather conditions and pandemic situations to all serviceable Pin codes in India). Your order might get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, emergency and natural disaster conditions.

Can I check or know about the delivery status of my order?

Vintage Farmers online store has a india post track checker in which you can put your Tracking Number to check the delivery status of your order. All our tracking numbers of India post can be tracked on Www.Indiapost.gov.in

Can I check my package before accepting the delivery?

No, you cannot. However please do not accept any damaged parcel in the first place. Please reject it. So that the parcel will be returned to our office.

How to place a cancellation request?

Yes, if the tracking numbers are not assigned and not dispatched. That means intranet orders can not be cancelled. Order placed on the website can easily be canceled as well. For creating a cancellation request for your order online, click the cancel link which is in the My Account session. Only the registered user of the Vintage Farmers can cancel their orders. 

How can I place request for replacement/ refund?

If you have not liked the food items after receiving the order or any other reason, you can request for compensation but not return Check our Refund policies page for more details on the footer section of website. No cash refund, we can only compensate the product with Re-shipping the same product according to the availability with shipping charge only or some other charges if required and issue credit vouchers accordingly.

Can I exchange my product with other?

No.

How much are the Shipment Cost? "We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 85/- on 1 kg orders and system calculates up to 4 kgs. Beyond 4 kgs all orders are with free shipping except GCC branded products.

Is registration on the website is mandatory for products purchase?

No, it is not mandatory to register yourself on the Website, you can also place your order as a guest. But, we suggest you to register for membership, it is free and every time you shop with us you will be in no need to enter all the details.
