GobindBhog is an indigenous aromatic rice from Paschim Bengal (West Bengal), cultivated using traditional methods passed down through generations. Its special aroma is best experienced when paddy is boiled before milling — the old traditional Indian method of sun-drying boiled paddy before processing in the rice mill. This ancient technique locks in the variety’s signature fragrance and nutritional richness.
