👨‍🍳 How to Prepare

  1. Heat oil in a pan; add garlic, ginger, green chilies, and onions – sauté until golden
  2. Add 2.25 cups of water per 1 cup of ready mix
  3. Add salt and the instant pulao rice ready mix
  4. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes with the lid closed
  5. Fluff and serve hot – enjoy the aroma!

Tip: Adjust oil to your preference. Works equally well in a pressure cooker (2 whistles on low flame).
